From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even printing some last-minute tickets for us without hesitation. the heating in the room was so cozy and inviting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring the charming surroundings. the sitting area was elegantly furnished and provided a lovely space to unwind with a cup of tea from the electric kettle provided. We were delighted to find a terrace attached to our room, offering stunning views and a peaceful spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. the garden furniture added a touch of luxury, allowing us to bask in the sunshine while admiring the well-manicured grounds. the free toiletries were a thoughtful addition, and the flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels kept us entertained during a quiet evening in. the plush carpeted floor added a touch of elegance to the room, making it feel like a true home away from home. As we dined at the nearby restaurants like Bengal Spice and Poppa Piccolinos, we couldn't help but appreciate the convenience of having a dining table in our room, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal from the comfort of our own space. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return to this exceptional hotel in the heart of the city.
